The commitment of the Kuwaiti leadership to implementation of Agenda 2030 provides multiple entry-points to expand the UN’s partnerships across all sectors and to introduce new stakeholders to sustainable development initiatives. Kuwait’s important role in the provision of South-South Cooperation can be leveraged to support SDG implementation abroad through the funding and technical assistance provided bilaterally to Governments and through the Kuwait Fund and Kuwaiti NGOs such as the Kuwait Red Crescent Society.
