The UN Talk Series
The UN Talk series is a monthly platform organized by the United Nations in Kuwait bringing mandated UN Agencies, Programmes and Funds also World Bank and IMF with national partners and international community represented by accredited diplomatic missions to Kuwait for positive debate and community consensus on solutions to tackle widely recognized challenges for sustainable development and bring best practices from around the world in cooperation with the diplomatic community and national partners with the goal to contribute to New Kuwait Vision 2035 that leaves no one behind and bring quality of life to all as we propose solutions and ideas that can be localized with Kuwaiti leadership for prosperous and sustainable future to achieve Agenda 2030.

How UN TALK is Organised
The United Nations is going to be held monthly talk in partnership interested Embassies in Kuwait and with relevant National Partner from Government, Private Sector, Non profit organisations or research and academic institutions in areas that are of priority in the National Development Plan of Kuwait, Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda. It will be a three hours to debate an SDG related topic and propose options for actionable solutions to national priorities from international experience with localisation potentials.

Who should participate?
The UN Talk is open to any one interested to contribute positive ideas to address key issues for Kuwait Sustainable Development and who see that he/she or the institution he/she belongs to have an active role in realising sustainable development in Kuwait that leaves no one behind.
Venue
The UN TALK will take place in the UN House, ‘Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah’ Building, in Mishref Diplomatic Quarter Block 7A, Hawally.
